Amazon inventory management for mac?

I'm looking for some software for mac that can help me keep track of a large inventory of items I am selling on Amazon. I am continually adding more items to sell and selling out of others just as quickly. I would love some software to keep track of my orders and inventory.

I tried searching on Google but was flooded with results for items that are for sale on Amazon, not software to help with Amazon.

My boss uses (and wrote) a ton of software for this kind of stuff for the PC. Mac will be a bit harder to find stuff for though. Is Boot Camp not an option? I'm you we could find you something for the Mac with some time on Google.

Quickbooks does inventory and its on mac

Hey, why dont you go in for an on demand inventory control management software. i am sure it is going to make the things lot more easier for you..one more thing select only that software that is light on your pocket and assures you a regular track of the resources.
