Are you talking about Amazon Prime? If so, you're safe to sign up, order your iPod, then cancel, and you'll get your money back.

Heck, when I signed up for AP to get the two day shipping, I accidentally let it go past the trial date and I still got my money back.

They don't charge the $79 until your trial is up, but if you forget to cancel within 30 days you can get a full refund as long as you haven't used AP again after the trial period.

cool thanks everyone, was kinda worried exactly what would happen, i figured this was the case though someone had told me different.. i figured it was exactly like carfax.. which it is.
