I was just wondering if anybody else is getting the error 5004 while trying to watch UHD content with the Amazon Prime Video app. I had it a few weeks ago while trying to watch "Good Omens" in UHD and it's back now while trying to watch "The Boys". According to amazon customer support I need to unregister my Apple TV and then re-register it through amazon.com/mytv. I've done that a couple of times now, but it didn't help. The Full HD versions of "The Boys" works. The UHD is the one that brings up the error.

I hate how Amazon Prime buries the UHD versions and doesn't have the ability to monitor the TV to see if it can do UHD and offer you UHD automatically, if they have it available. I didn't realize that it was UHD, although I should have know it should be.

I just tried "The Boys", this time in UHD, and it loaded the fastest I have ever seen anything load from there. No errors. Now that's not to say when I turn it off and come back later it won't be different . . .

I got the same error on Saturday trying to watch the boys as well, I ended up having to use the prime app on my tv and watch it that way. The next day it was working again.

I hate how there are two versions of the same shows on prime, one for HD and one for UHD ?
