What would my phone qualify as?
I have zero scratches on the front and only like 3 small scratches on that back that are hard to notice. Would it qualify as Like New?

Is Amazon super strict on like new vs good quality?

Like new requirements:

Item is in perfect working condition
The original manufacturer packaging and all original accessories are intact
There is no visible wear or personalization
Suitable for presenting as a gift

If you have scratches, it is good (your phone sounds like it is good) or acceptable. They are very strict - lots of posts where people are pissed off because they downgraded the value.
