You can't use the $348 gift card you'll get from the trade in on the Amazon Mobile Devices store.

If you can, wait a month or two before selling your 4S, as everyone is offloading them now to get the new iPhone 5. In a month or two, prices for the used 4S's will increase some as the market won't be as saturated.
