It seems to be New, and the new version too....

Thats totally legit. Buying directly from Amazon ("Ships from and sold by Amazon.com") is just as good as buying it from Apple.

Amazon is just amazing that way, and its why I love my Amazon Prime membership.

I knew that it was 100% legit, but I was not 100% sure if it was New, but I assumed so. Also, I heard that Apple only sells their touch's to retailers for about 10-15 dollars less then the list price, so I was just wondering how they managed to sell it for so low. Unless they assume by buying the touch from them, you will be inclined to buy other things.

It will be brand new. The reason it could be so cheap is that Apple might offer then an additional discount because they would be buying such a huge quantity off them, not sure if that is true, but could be
