Amazon is hosting a big collection of discounts across multiple Apple products this week, including notable deals on AirPods, Apple Watch, iPad, Apple Pencil Pro, and MacBook Air.

Amazon has the USB-C AirPods Max for $479.99 in Starlight, down from $549.00. This is a solid second-best price on the headphones, and it's been a few months since we last tracked an all-time low price, so if you've been waiting for a deal this is a good time to buy.

Similarly, the AirPods Pro 2 are on sale on Amazon for $188.56, which is another second-best price.

I would imagine it’s not top tier NAND either. And most likely the TLC variety.

Which is fine of course. NAND endurance and error correction has improved massively since the first mass market consumer SSDs, even if most are TLC or even QLC.

$479 for APM is a joke. My Sennheiser Momentum 4 were like $250 and same or better sound quality. Sony’s are worse sounding than the Senns but still better value than APM. Do you shopping before buying is all I’m saying folks.

AirPods Max are the most uncomfortable headphones I've put on my head. They squeeze, with no way to adjust, and just end end up hurting and giving me a headache.

I still use wired headphones when at home. 😛

I love our APM (lightning). That starlight color pic above makes them look flesh colored. Not my thing, don't know how accurate that is but would explain why they're on sale.

After owning Beats and the AirPod Max, I gave up on over ear headphones completely. Heavy, low quality sound, ear gets hot, uncomfortable, expensive, in my case no USB-C for the older products. Yuck.
