Amber alert keeps going off every few hours on my Apple watch 3 only....help me fix this please

I had to turn off Amber Alerts.
Tired of them going off in the middle of the night! Not going to help when at home as they want you to be on the lookout for a vehicle which we are not going to see while sleeping. Only way I would use it again is if it turned itself off a night.
It is a hard way to wake up!
