.. wait, wait .. hear me out.

The thing is, I like to listen to music in the office .. music my co workers do not enjoy, so headphones is the only way to go. However, with the headphones on .. I can't hear anything that is going on around me any more, if somebody comes in the door or my co workers start talking or whatever. So I would like to actually enhance the ambient noise in the office a bit, by basically forwarding the microphone signal more or less directly to the headphones as well. That way, if somebody starts talking, I would be able to hear it as well.
What I do now, is to only cover one ear .. which kind of works, but stinks a bit.

Well .. any hint, tip, solution is appreciated.
