Hey everybody, I bought a AMD 480 for my Mac Pro 4 1 (5 1 f/w hack) hoping to really give a boost to my motion graphics work. Unfortunately it feels pretty comparable to my 2015 MacBook Pro with the R9 m370x.
I ran the script to unlock the additional cores and Geekbench is giving a score of around 120000 which is close to 3-4x the score for my laptop.
I'm wondering if there's something I'm possibly missing. So far the upgrade hasn't really been all that valuable.
