Hi Guys

Im sure this has been answerd before, but i am really struggeling here.
I really want to connect my gaming pc (amd 6950) to my imac 27" (mid2010)

My AMD 6950 has a mini display port and a hdmi connection. What cables do i need to use in order for this to work. I really want to game on this awsome screen. Is it possible for me to use a HDMI cable from my hdmi connection on the 6950, and then into a HDMI connection that connects to the imac via mini display port?

Please help. Im sooo confused.

No one replies! Anyways, i think i found the answer after a day of searching. The only way to do so is via mini Display Port to mini dp.

I think that this is the only solution. If someone can clarify, id much appreciate it.

Any luck?

Was this mini-DP to mini-DP connection successful? I would love to upgrade my video card and would like to know if I can connect to my 2010 27" iMac. What was the manufacturer of the card? Can you please provide model number?

Thanks
