AMD M86M graphics card

Has anyone ever heard of the AMD M86M graphics card/processor? I can barely find anything on it, all I turned up was a questionable post that said it was part of the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3670.

Well, I'm actually pricing Thinkpads. I was too lazy to make another account on a thinkpad forum.
