AMD Radeon pro 5500m (16" mbp) GPU vs. M1?

What would be faster in terms of GPU? I am debating on selling my macbook pro 16" for a 13" macbook pro if its similar or better. I want a smaller macbook pro and that 20 hour battery life makes it seem amazing. Also it being faster in terms of CPU is also another plus, but what about graphics?

Garry's mod. I just actually did a big search and saw gtxbench 5.0 tests of my dedicated graphics card and the M1 and it turns out the M1 is actually MUCH faster with the tests. I'm not sure if these tests also include with gaming too

Steam says Garry's Mod isn't compatible. If it's still a 32 bit app, it can't run on Catalina or Big Sur. Might want to check on that before purchasing. But the GPU in the M1 would definitely be powerful enough to handle it if there's a 64 bit version.

And there's no Windows or Boot Camp with the M1 to game on.

I have a MBP 16 with the 5500 and ran gfxbench on it. In some tests it was faster than the M1 in others the M1 was faster. All in all they were pretty close.
