American heritage 4th edition error

I have purchased this beautiful app but almost 99% giving me same error which is "application can not installed because unknown error happened Ex8 100000" some kind of message!!!

i have paid £18 and i wanna use it mate u know what i mean
pls any advise would be appreciated

American Heritage® Fourth Edition

Did you get it running yet? Have you installed firmware 2.1? That fixed everything for me but I did not buy American Heritage® Fourth Edition yet but want to. I am error free since installing 2.1 firmware and iTunes 8.0 and before installing I was crashing and bricking my iPod about once/twice a day for months.
