I find this app very confusing. What I want to do is have my Mac awake from 10:15 am until 10:45 am so my mac can run it's calendar automation scripts. I set a trigger for everyday for those times. However, it says the Mac must be awake for triggers to work.

How do I set this app to do this schedule because my Mac goes to sleep when I am not using it.

Comments?

In older macOS versions, you could schedule one wakeup and one sleep time in the Energy Saver pane of System Preferences. I don't know whether that's still available in more recent OS versions. I don't have a Mac running anything recent, so I can't check here.

You can use commands in Terminal to schedule wake & sleep times:

The article mentions some limitations.

Maybe you could somehow tie into the Power Nap feature?
Maybe a repeating Calendar event? That's just a guess.
