An app that publishes my location?

I am looking for an app that either publishes my current location online, at my or a simple third party webpage, or permits a person to send a request to my iphone my location, and I can send a reply that as an url to a map such as the kind in:

http://www.macworld.com/article/135115/2008/08/iphonelocationapps.html

What I am basicly looking for is a way for someone who does not have an iphone, to go to my webpage and see where I am, or my latest update.

Anyone have a clue if something like this exists?
