An app that tally's results through the month.

Hello,
As an example, lets say i'm in sales.

Is there an app that will tally my won and lost cumulatively through the month/year and allow me to analyse those results when ever I wanted.

i.e Mon 1st Feb 400m3 won, 200m3 lost to competitor A and 80m3 lost to competitor B etc etc.
