An Apple instore Creative, what do they do?

I was just wondering, what role does an apple creative have within an apple store? I have searched google and in this forum and I cant find anything?

I wanted to apply for a creative...any advice on what the day to day tasks are? What the difference between them and Genius is?

Even a PM would be really appreciated. I'll pay you back with good vibrations

Run the one-to-one sessions for people who have signed up for the special classes to learn how to use their mac, lead any of those instore classes that are normally offered, and help people with questions on iLife software like how to put together photo albums or work iMovie. If they are in the store and none of the classes are going on they will be on the floor selling.

I guess it depends on the store? I haven't worked there in a long time. But the store I worked in was really small we did not have a family room specialist at all only creatives.
