An easy way to get my address book on my GPS?

Hello,

I just won a Garmin Nuvi 350 GPS unit and I got it in the mail today, luck me huh? I was wondering if there was an easy way to get my Address Book addresses and contacts loaded onto it. It has a mini-USB plug and also has an SD card slot. There is also a small amount of internal memory (520MB). Is there some kind of file I can export from address book and save onto the GPS? I'm tinkering with it myself, but any help would be much appreciated!
