An error on iPhone 5s using iOS 8.1.3

I'm new user in iPhone, and I don't have more knowledge about iOS (T_T)
There are color errors on my iPhone 5s (ios 8.1.3). But I don't know what is it?
Please tell me how can i correct these errors?

When you took the picture, I see a lot of reflections. Can you take a picture without reflections?
