It's not a political cartoon per se, it's Rudy Park. The guy on the right is Rudy, who works at House of Java, a coffee shop. I find the comic to be an excellent source for funny poliical commentary and insights into the consumer culture of the United States. It's rather a bit like Doonesbury, only somewhat more superficial and broader in scope.
