an interesting Md5 issues

I need to create an Md5 Checksum for a drive . . .essentially it is 450 GB of live music audio in FLAC format, and in order to gain access to a special 'update' i need to send a fingerprint of every single file on the drive in one Md5 . . how in god's name does one do this?. I have tried Xact, but it wont let you do a directory . . .just individual files, which would take 200 years.

What application do I need?.

Am I being clear enough on what I need?

HELP!
