an interloper icon

I recently changed a single Icon, my apps folder, by doing it in the actual folder. And now I want to change it back to the stock icon. Candybar didn't work. I guess I just want to know where the regular folders are located on the hard drive so I can get it back to normal. I can't find it using the search bar.

Right-click on the folder, Get Info, click on the icon, Delete.
