An iOS update available

I was on the iTunes Store on my iPad Air (iOS 8 beta 5) and saw this. when I tap on the "iOS update available" I get "cannot connect to iTunes store". Does this signal that there's going to be a beta update soon? Or that iOS 8 gm will be released soon?

I think that's just a test for iOS 8 devices. Maybe...

I would say it would be used for when ios 8 launches for the public next month try and encourage people to update

There is no update for the beta today
