I own a MacBook Pro 13 2019 4 TBports (MV992), 256 SSD/8 RAM since September 2019. I'm on Mojave 10.14.6 and within last few months I started to see these red stripes but never appearing over the video image (Chrome\Safari browsers or any video player), especially fullscreen video. Although wile I am using other apps (multiple (3-5) working spaces) they appear sometimes. I noticed no correlation with specific launched programs.
There was a week I was leaving in sleep mode my MacBook through each night and waking it up in the morning to continue my work in several browsers with dozens of opened tabs (each day). By the end of that week these red lines appeared really oftener. I even had an opportunity to record a video with dozens of times these lines appeared in different parts of display. They are more like artifacts of the MacOs. This is why I think it may be related somehow to a sleep mode and software lags. At first I thought it may be a hardware issue, but stress-tests with GPU/CPU-loads revealed no correlation with these red lines. as you can see on one of the images attached to the post the stripes are often not entire, so I rejected the idea of any hardware issues. In that case the stripes would have been entire.
I started to turn off my MacBook each day and I almost never see these lines now, but to be honest it still bothers me when appearing.
Has anyone encountered anything like this on Mojave, Catalina or any other MacOs?
I attached two screenshots and one 40-second video here. The Os interface is in Russian and the background YouTube talk should be ignored. I was just listened it while started to record video on my phone. To be honest it was a single opportunity to observe this persistent stripes within almost 3-4 min. It usually just 1-2 stripes a whole day or even not a single.
