An "upgraded" retina display?

I'm not a tech guy so does this mean the new iPhone will have a new retina display (Version 2). Or does upgraded mean it will be the same retina display but upgraded to fit on the bigger screen?

It will probably be higher resolution to fit the display. Most likely the dpi will remain the same.
