iPod Analog loophole filled?

Hi,

Does anyone have a workaround for the problem in the new iTunes that won't allow you to burn a CD of purchased music and then re-rip it back into an MP3 format that can be transferred to the iPod?

I didn't know this had become and issue. Maybe try to rerip the CD with non-iTunes software?
