iMac named fastest-selling computer in Amazon history
February 22 - 11:17 ET: Amazon.com has announced that Apple's new flat-panel iMac, which made its debut at Amazon's computer store on February 13, sold out of its entire first shipment within four hours of availability, becoming the fastest-selling computer in the online retailer's history. Amazon also notes that 10 of the top 25 bestselling computers are Apple laptop and desktop systems.
