Anamophic to fit 5:4

I am currently editing a project, came up a problem,

Video = Standard DV Pal 5:4
Unfortunatly one of the clips came from a differnt camera man and is anamorphic. I am going to distort under the Motion menu and changing the aspect ratio to get it to fit the 5:4 time line. Whats the right amount to use? I'm currently on -30.

Any ideas?
