I've had my 16" MBP for a few days now and LOVE IT. But my right arrow key is somewhat unresponsive and only registers a key press about 80% of the time. Can these keys be removed and replaced on a single key basis?

The key cap can be removed. You may just have something under the key cap, I would take it off easy and make sure there's no dirt or anything under the cap, snap it back on and see if it helps.

I would not do that because if something goes wrong, not covered by warranty. Go to an Apple store.

Pop it off and clean it, just like the 2015 and earlier MBPs. As long as you did drop something dry in the keyboard you should be able to figure out the problem. If you did spill some liquid than it may be a trip to Apple, and praying that you did not trip one of the liquid sensors.
