Android App: some question about privacy

Hi,

we all know that iOS app are extremly respectful of the user privacy... but Android?

I have tried a lot the Play Stored and i see that the biggest part of App require access to very personal data.

What do you think about?

This is one of the most big motivation that lock me into Apple... I'm not sure that Andorid respect our privacy
