First of all, my first mobile app development platform is iOS. However, I also need to target Android. But I'm trying to find an SDK tools version that I can use in all my Macs, from Snow Leopard to Yosemite. The current "Android Studio" requirements mentions 10.8.5 as minimum. But I don't want the Android Studio, because I build everything from the command line. So, I just need the "SDK tools". But there's no requirements list for the SDK tools. I even downloaded the SDK tools for Mac, and there's not even a requirements readme inside it.

Does anybody know if the 24.3.3 SDK tools should work on Snow Leopard 10.6.8? Or where could I get the last version that supported 10.6.8?

I never liked Android because of their nonsense Java choice, but the fact that I'm even having difficulty to find what to download confirms Android and me aren't meant to be friends...
