Android to Iphone 4S Google Exchange Syc problems

I synced Google Exchange to my Iphone and I noticed some contacts did not transfer, and thoughts?

If the phone number was not saved as home mobile work but saved as other instead it will not transfer.

Also check your mail,settings,contacts settings under settings and make sure your default contacts account is set to the exchange account your google is on.

That happened to me at 1st, turn off your contact sync under your google exchange and then turn it back on, should get your contacts back, at least for me it did.
