Yes, those apps are in the App Store. You can use the search to find them, or just as Siri from the home screen.

What did you search for and how? If you open the App Store app and slide over to Search and select it you can type "animal planet" into the search field and it will show you the Animal Planet app. Keep in mind that to view any video content from this app you must have a cable/satellite subscription that contains this channel in the package.

Yes, there is an Animal Planet app for the Apple TV.

On your Apple TV open the App Store. Slide over to the Search icon and select it. In the resulting search field type, or dictate, “Animal Planet.” You will find it. It is there. I have it installed on my ATV. The same applies to the National Geographic app.

yes. dependent on yr currently being used apple ID's country.
all apps, iPhone, apple TV+, apple TV, News, News+, macOS app store, Music, iBooks.
all are dependent on where the currently used apple ID is associated with.
