Animated Emojis won't send

I think 9/10 times I get an error saying my animated emoji didn't send. Anyone experiencing this? Anyone got a fix? I've got Watch iOS 1.0.1.

I've tried powering off and on my watch. Nothing works.

Any help appreciated...
