Animated Icons in iChat

Hi, i'm using AIM on iChat, and i was wondering if you can have animated icons. i tried setting mine as one and it just stays the first frame of the animation.

you can have animated icons i believe iChat does not display animated icons (thank god i HATE animated icons DESPISE, LOATHE, WISH TO DESTROY)

I'm not too fond of animated ones too, but there's one I really like. Damnit though, I hope they'll release a version thats suits my problem.

Try Adium instead. It supports animated icons, is open-source, and is customizable as hell!
