Animated lockscreen and springboard text help

Hey guys, I have a couple questions here.

First, the hopefully easier of the two, is regarding springboard text. I would first like to be able to change the text color INSIDE folders I create to match the color OUTSIDE the folders.

Last, but not least, is animated lockscreens. It can obviously be done since you can download a few in cydia, however I'm having troubles. I pretty much just modified the files from one I downloaded in cydia (since I am not distributing it) to try out, and mine works nothing like the stock one does. My images is small, cramped, and as a HUGE delay. It looks 100% fine on my computer - it is the correct size and speed.

Any help with any/all of the questions would be helpful

I have to say that the iPad on os4 is probably the biggest PITA to skin.

I've found most of it to be very easy, however I haven't ever tried to do either of the two things I'm trying to do now. I'm sure it's something extremely simple that I juts missed.

EDIT: Figured out the answer to one of my problems, however, the other 2 things remain.
