Animated wallpaper

I for some strange reason I remember talking to a fellow iPhone user. He made claims that he had an animated wallpaper because of an app in the app store and his phone wasn't jailbroken. It was at a party and I have no recall of who this person was or even if this is possible. Does anyone know if such an app exists?

I don't think you can do that without jailbreaking your phone. Perhaps you are just "misremembering."
