Apps "Animated" Watch Faces

Does anyone know when we would be able to get proper animated watch faces, like Mickey Mouse and the Butterflies etc....sorry but Live Photos simply doesn't cut it....at least not the same way as a dancing, tapping, smiling Mickey Mouse

unfortunately, other than official once, Live Photo is our best option, we need to use that 1.5 Second of animation to make something that actually looked awesome. here's my attempt.
