Animation lag or bug? (watchOS 6)

I have a Series 4 SB SS Apple Watch and have noticed that when I push the Digital Crown to go from the homescreen to my watch face or from my watch face to the homescreen, the animation seems to lag and is not nearly as fluid as it was in watchOS 5.

Is this a bug? Has anyone else noticed this?

Same here but overall performance seems the same or better.
Opening Starbucks for example seemed a snap quicker.

Agreed. Overall, the OS seems faster. That animation is the only one that “appears” to lag, which makes me think it’s a bug. Glad to know I’m not the only one seeing it though.

No plans to upgrade watch.

Thanks for the info. Good to know it’s not a hardware issue. The lag in animation is horrendous!

If it was hardware the problems are much worse !

Have you guys tried turning on reduce motion and see how it is?
