Animation Program?

I need a program for University which I can put about 400 jpegs into to make a video file for an animation project!

Define animation. If you just want a simple slideshow sort transition - imovie can do this for you. if you want to go advanced, you can download mudbox from autodesk for free (just google students + autodesk).
