“Up to” and “sitewide” seem contradictory, no? The only type of discount that could make that make sense would be e.g., 48% off if you spend $300+

I ordered a power bank from Anker recently and it's been the worst tech order I've ever tried to get. First, the confirmation email had a tracking number, but no link. And no description on who was shipping. FedEx? USPS? UPS? No clue. Why would Anker give me a tracking number but not tell me who is shipping their product? Doesn't make sense at all does it?

The most common scam is the shipping text/email about needing a confirmation. Just click on the link, don't worry about a thing, right? So when I got one from some company I've never heard of with the name of GOFO I ignored it. And then when the product should have arrived, and didn't, I went back and against my instincts clicked on the link, and it was real. The tracking info said it was in my city, and 'out for delivery' that day. It didn't arrive. And it didn't arrive the next day.

So I contact Anker through their email system because they don't answer their phone contact number. Not once. With multiple tries. The automatic system tells me to wait, two or three days. This package is obviously lost, so I click the link to 'escalate'. Still nothing. I use the chat feature the next day during their business hours and get the same auto response to "wait two or three more days". I tell the human or bot this is unacceptable and they respond they will forward this info and I'll have contact within 24 from the next level team.

This team sends the same verbiage of "wait two or three more days". It's now been over a week since it was 'out for delivery" and they want me to still wait? No way. I'm cancelling the order at my credit card company before I pay that bill.

Terrible customer service. I'll never order from Anker again. And you should think twice - maybe wait "two or three days" - before you do too.
