Anyone try or own this product? 7.5 watts Max, I figured it would keep the phone from getting hot unlike the oem one from Apple?

Anker Magnetic Wireless Charger, 7.5W Max Wireless Charger with 5ft Built in USB-C Cable, PowerWave Magnetic Pad Only for iPhone 12/12 Pro / 12 Pro Max / 12 Mini (No AC Adapter) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08LPPD3NL/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_4vK6FbPKCK753?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
No but if it’s like most Anker products it will be great !

i was thinking of getting the new Ravpower one as a second magsafe, which i think (?) is supposed to hit full power? and comes with a 20W brick too

Can we assume that the Anker and/or the Rev Power chargers will also cause an outline on the cases like the Apple one has been doing?

I don't see why it would not. Unless they have resolve what ever issue that is causing this, which I doubt since apple has had more time with magsafe than them to resolve this issue.

So I got the Yootech Magnetic Wireless charger 7.5W (no longer listed on Amazon for some reason). Though not the Anker, I'm sure the Anker will perform just as well, if not better.

Regardless, I charged my phone and though it feels warm like any other time charging, it never got hot enough for concern.

I mounted the wireless charger on my headboard with doublesided tape/little bit of glue, routing and hiding the cable behind the headboard. Left the phone charging all night and never got hot enough where the glue or tape made the charger fall off or loose enough where the magnetic connection between it and phone pulled it away from the headboard.

Overall satisifed.

Nice. I mounted mine in my car. While it does feel sturdy I accidentally knocked it with my arm and it fell. So will continue to test it out.

Right? I feel like the material on the back of these chargers don’t play well with adhesive. I had to use some rubber automotive glue to ensure my stuck.

I got the ravpower charging puck i mentioned earlier - it doesn't give the magsafe animation which i'm slightly disappointed about for no reason other than thinking it was legit magsafe when buying (surely my fault) but it seems good and came with a tiiiiny 20W brick

As to the questions about leaving the mark - i haven't gotten marks in my leather case from the official apple magsafe, but one thing i would say about the ravpower one is that it is ever so slightly curved on the corners so i wonder if that would take off some of that tension. i think it does feel like it has a slightly weaker hold on the phone
