Ive got loads of Anker car chargers, battery packs, wall warts, etc....

What's up with their QC these days. Or have they lost focus since they are making security cameras, robo vacs, flashlights, etc and it's more about just the continual release of products with zero QC.

It seems like almost everytime they launch a new product, it's more likely the 1st buyers are the QC . Said product then get's pulled back from inventory and then re-released.......

I noticed this 1st when they released the dual USB C wall wart. Just recently, same thing again with the 100W desktop dual USB C/ dual USB A charger.

Is it becoming more frequent?

I have an old desktop charger that underwent a design revision from fusible links to re-settable fuses. They notified users how to avoid problems, but offered to replace the older design with the newer one for users who had dead ports.

Stuff like that happens, as well as just duds in general, but good support is how Anker built their reputation.

If that has declined as well, then it would be another reason to look elsewhere, as their value proposition is certainly not what it used to be.
