so all these octa core nonsense is basically blah blah. Apple owns the performance and annihilated all of the android phones right now. Now say that to the spec guys. Not even close. Lol. Thank you come again.

There's more to a smart phone than just speed but we all knew this new chip would be a beast.

Wow, the those scores are pretty amazing! Almost makes me want to upgrade from my 7+.

It would be nice to see real world differences rather than synthetic numbers.

Does the camera app load faster or OneDrive uploads complete in a shorter period? What about sending out emails with several large attachments?

That's what I'm interested in.

I'm not sure there'll be any noticeable difference for those tasks. The previous iPhones have plenty of power for that sort of thing.

The 8 Plus is actually pushing the most pixels as it renders at 2208 X 1242. I mean we are splitting hairs here but still interesting.

Who cares about specs? I'll take consistent performance, a smooth OS and the notion that my phone will be updated with the latest Apple OS for years longer than the newest Android device. The Pixel 2 isn't even out yet and my iPhone 8 will last twice as long as the Pixel will.
