I used the freehand tool in Goodreader to mark up a pdf. Then I uploaded the file to Dropbox through Goodreader. However, when I open the file in the iPad Dropbox app, the annotations don't show. Same thing happens when I open the file on the Dropbox website. But when I download the file again into Goodreader, I can see the annotations.

How can I make the annotations show in Dropbox?

Thanks in advance :)

You must Flatten...

You have to Flatten the file using the arrow in bottom right corner of screen while in menu view of GoodReader.

I think you can select this while working on the file and you will be asked to save it as a flattened version by selecting this option and also when opening the file in anoer app from within GoodReader, you will be asked to open "as is" or would you like to flatten the annotations.

If you don't flatten the annotations won't show up while viewing it in other PDF viewers or editors than GoodReader.
