iPhone 11 Annoying app suggestions at bottom of app switcher

You'll see in the attached image I'm getting app suggestions at the bottom of app switcher, though this particular one (the Mercedes app) is the only one I've noticed do it. Is there a way to stop this? I find it very annoying!

What iOS version? Something that you just started seeing randomly?

Try turning off “suggestions on Home Screen” under Siri & search.

I'm on iOS 14, but I happened to notice it for the first time a few days before 14 came out.

Have you tried scrolling down in settings & going to the Mercedes app?

Yep did that too, all those toggles in your screenshot are set to off now
