So here is a list of things that used to work on previous version of macOS but do not work for me, even after I have done a clean install.
1) At least one of the programs scheduled to load on boot as hidden will not "hide." Instead it will load directly onto the desktop.
2) Apple Music sometimes has loading issues. For instance, when navigating away from a friend's account (to see what s/he has been listening to), the loading error message will appear.
3) Apple Music notification badges on song change are sporadic. They seem work better on jumping back to previous tracks rather than skipping forward to the next ones.
4) iCloud tabs in Safari are broken. Sometimes old tabs will display in iCloud tab view. Other times, no tabs at all will display.
5) Sometimes iMessages that were sent to/from other devices will not load when Mac wakes from sleep. Sending a new iMessage will force a refresh.
6) When making a call on the iPhone, and attempting to channel audio through the Mac, the call will simply drop/disconnect. Basic functionality that needs to be fixed ASAP.
I may be forgetting some others. I'm not a power user and mostly just use the basic apps to do web browsing, look at videos/photos, listen to music, do some word processing, etc. Even if this were a day one release, this is more bugs than I remember from any prior version of macOS, and I've been using Macs exclusively since El Capitan. That we're on .1 - about to go on .2 - and it has been months since the initial release -- well, this is poor quality assurance from the Apple team. Feels like I'm running beta software still.
