annoying black text box

My 2 1/2 year old son got ahold of my laptop when I wasn't looking and now I have this black text box that floats around and gives me info on whatever I select.

I thought this might be some accessibility thing, but I couldn't find anything in sys preferences.

I have attached a screen shot
