I want to install Windows 7 on my iMac via Bootcamp, but it keeps telling me to reformat my drive to Mac OSX Extended (Journaled). They annoying part is, that it is already formatted to that. What could be the problem?

Same thing happened to me. Try repairing the permission and verifying the disk. As near as I can tell it's having problems repartitioning your disk. There are also third party repartitioning options. Mine eventually went through.

I would assume that this means that a system file is physically occupying a region of the hard disk that the Mac wishes to format as NTFS. The system file cannot be moved unless you move it to another physical location while booting up from another volume. Operating systems are designed not to let you move certain critical system files from a physical position on a boot volume while that volume is running as the system disk in order to prevent operational instability.
